SEAT Sport, S.A. is the SEAT Group company responsible for the brand's sport area. Besides its participation in motor sport, SEAT Sport develops and produces the Spanish manufacturer's high performance vehicles, as well as special parts and accessories.
SEAT began its activity in the world of competition more than 30 years ago and has won many trophies and titles. This includes three consecutive titles at the World Rally Championships in the 2-litre category, achieved with the Ibiza Kit Car from 1996 to 1998.
Since 2003 the team is comitted to racing, first in ETCC and later WTCC.

Rydell Special Award is given in association with the magazine Bilsport to a young, promising, swedish driver with ambitions to drive international. The Award together with 50.000 SEK is given at the gala Bilsport Award.
